Art in Grade 9 is a semester of various approaches to art-making, from realistic drawing to abstract painting, from exploring sculpture to delving into printmaking.  We try to provide enough variety of experiences in media, styles and approaches that everyone is guaranteed to find success somewhere in this fun, fast-paced and enjoyable course.  In addition to making art, we learn how to "read" art; how to analyze and understand art.
